Feb 4: My FAB Years with Sylvia Anderson - Regent Centre, Christchurch.

Thunderbirds are go...as British TV/film and entertainment pioneer Sylvia Anderson and composer/record producer David Courtney join forces for a unique and entertaining live show.

Courtney will host the evening and talk to Sylvia, the unforgettable, aristocratic voice of the elegant, charming and deadly dangerous super-agent Lady Penelope, about her personal journey from Girl Friday in a small television production company to global icon. Sounds FAB!

Feb 11-13: The Hound Of The Baskervilles - Tivoli Theatre, Wimborne

Hot on the buzz created by Guy Ritchie’s recent hit movie comes this new and exciting re-working of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s most famous Sherlock Holmes adventure. Performed by the Wimborne Drama theatre company it is thrilling and fast moving, laced with humour, but remains faithful to the original story.

Feb 14-19: Circus Skills: Children's Half Term Fun - Lulworth Castle

Try juggling, plate spinning, fun stilts and more. The effervescent Fiery Jack will be back to host this family fun circus skills extravaganza and showing off his own unique juggling talent.

Feb 20: Phil Cool - Regent Centre, Christchurch

The rubber-faced comic and impersonator will be ‘doing’ the likes of Billy Connolly (on the perils of using too many profanities) while slipping into the entire cast of Dad’s Army. Then there’s Paul McCartney and John Lennon...

Phil has been performing stand up for thirty years so grab the chance to see this legendary cult figure in action.

Until 27 Feb: Africa Awakes - Lighthouse, Poole

This exhibition evokes the power and sheer scale of this amazing continent, combining images of both ancient and new. It portrays today's Africa, as seen through the eyes of the people and their customs. Created to support essential poverty eradication programmes in Kenya, it is hoped the exhibition will raise funds as well as awareness of the plight of the peoples of Africa. Proceeds of the sale of the photographs will go towards this cause.

One of the greatest names of ’50s and ’60s music looks back at a career spanning more than 50 years. Join Marty for a stunning evening of memories from his own vaults, and his homages to friends who helped shape the nature of British Rock and Roll.

Feb 28: An Audience with Martin Bell - Regent Centre, Christchuch

An engaging evening of anecdotes and real life stories with The Man in The White Suit, former BBC war correspondent, MP for Tatton and author.
